Job Description

ABOUT THE JOB

Our HR Team is the heartbeat of our people operations where we support our dedicated staff, foster a positive workplace culture and make a meaningful impact every day.  What you’ll be doing…

  • First point of contact in the HR team:  creating a great first impression with the team and candidates, fielding questions, resolving issues, and providing outstanding day-to-day support.
  • Support full-cycle recruitment: craft job ads, review applications, screening, reference checking, and extending offers.
  • Drive the onboarding & offboarding experience: from welcome packs to exit checklists and everything in between.
  • Handle payroll administration, timesheets, and ensure rosters are on point.
  • Keep our HRIS and employee records accurate and up to date—with timely and insightful reports.
  • Champion Learning & Development: coordinate training, track results, and help employees grow.  You're eager to develop your skills in this area and comfortable leading and speaking in front of groups.
  • Ensure we stay compliant with all employment laws and internal policies.
  • Help build a service‑driven culture that makes our workplace truly stand out.
